Dr. Travis C. Holcombe
Travis C. Holcombe, MD, FACS is a Phoenix plastic surgeon who is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been practicing in the Phoenix area since 1993. Dr. Holcombe has over 30 years of experience in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery.
Elizabeth Tran, PA-C
Elizabeth Tran, PA-C, has been practicing as a physician assistant since 2016. She attended Baylor University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Humanities in 2014 and went on to receive her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from UT Medical Branch.
Elizabeth joined Dr. Holcombe's practice in February of 2023 and has received extensive plastic surgery training. She sees patients in clinic and is a part of each aspect of the clinical practice, preparing patients for surgery, assisting in the procedures and following our patients post-operatively.
Elizabeth completed her aesthetic injector certification at Auri Academy and offers cosmetic injectable treatments to our patients. She has received mentorship from some of the top experts in the field of aesthetics including Aesthetic Immersion and The Arizona Injector.
Elizabeth is passionate about helping patients understand treatments and surgeries so that they can make informed decisions about their health, and she feels privileged to assist in procedures to help accomplish beautiful results for our patients.
In her free time, Elizabeth spends time with her husband and two sons. They love to be outdoors together! Elizabeth is also an aspiring reader who is part of a book club and just needs to figure out how to finish the books.
Yanet CarRillo, MA
Yanet has been a medical assistant since 2014 when she joined our team. She completed training as an aesthetician in 2020 and has enjoyed expanding our services to offer more treatments to minimize surgical scars and promote beautiful skin.
As an aesthetician, Yanet offers a wide array of services including facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and waxing. You can learn more about her services by following the link below.
Yanet is an integral part of our plastic surgery team. She assists with clinic and helps our patients with obtaining authorization for surgeries. She helps with in-office procedures and is familiar with our surgical offerings, so she is a great asset for patients in answering questions or helping with post-operative needs. Yanet is fluent in Spanish.
In her free time, Yanet enjoys spending time with her husband, Larry, and her friends and family. Yanet likes being active and enjoys participating in her spin class.
Sarah Haynes, MA
Sarah joined Dr. Holcombe's practice as a medical assistant in 2002. She now has over 20 years of experience with Dr. Holcombe's practice and has valuable expertise and knowledge about each of the surgeries that Dr. Holcombe offers.
Sarah serves as a resource for any patients who call with questions about their surgery or post-operative care. She also helps with post-operative wound checks, suture removals and dressing changes. For patients who require breast implants, Sarah assists with selection of implants.
In addition to her clinical role, Sarah also serves as our Office Manager and Surgery Coordinator.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her kids and attending school events, working out, and being with her extended family.
